Tournament Dates: May 8-10, 2025. Local teams may start on Thursday, May 8th in the afternoon, local teams are determined as teams within 1 hour of Idaho Falls. Out of town teams will not start until early evening Thursday, May 8th. Games for all teams will be played ALL day Friday and ALL day Saturday.

Hotels: More information coming winter 2025

Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the fields. There will be signs indicating which parking is closest to which fields. Parking is free.

Volunteering: We are always in need of volunteers before and during the tournament. Please email mmurray@byslsoccer.org if you are interested in helping.

First Aide: There will be a physical therapy team at the tournament headquarters area available for any injuries.

Player Pins Every player will receive a tournament pin that team coaches/managers can pick up at the tournament headquarters tent at the Old Butte Complex during the tournament.

Medals: They will be awarded to all players and coaches of the Champion AND Runner-up teams in their age/gender/division group.

Food/Drinks: There will be snack and drink concessions at the Old Butte Complex as well as food trucks.

Tournament Apparel: We will be selling merchandise including sweatshirts and t-shirts. The apparel store will be located at the tournament headquarters tent at the Old Butte Complex. Don’t wait until the end of the tournament to buy apparel as supplies and sizes are limited!

Friday Night Barbeque and Shootout @ the Shootout: On Friday night, May 9th, there will be a shootout competition (Shootout @ the Shootout) and barbeque for all teams that fill out the Shootout @ the Shootout entry form. The event will be held at the Old Butte Soccer Complex. Registration for this coming soon.
